Actually, you're referring to CPM campaigns, not Buffered Earnings. Buffered Earnings, Metered Earnings, etc are merely terms for CPM campaigns.

Well, firstly, it is very important for you to know that it is entirely up to the advertisers of whether or not they want to advertise in your blog and that the advertising industry is also highly seasonal, therefore there might be times where there are no advertisers looking for a particular group of bloggers for a while. Advertisers always have a target audience for their campaigns to address to, and they will usually choose which blogs they want to advertise on based on their target audience, desirability of ad placement, style of writing, availability of ad units, membership exclusivity and etc. Also, everyone registered on the Nuffnang network has equal chances of displaying CPC/mCPM ads. Therefore, it is safe to say that priority is given to blogs that have never gotten any mCPM campaigns before, or blogs that haven't been receiving any mCPM campaigns for quite some time now.

However, not to worry though, like we mentioned before, everyone registered on the Nuffnang network has equal chances of getting the ads, it's just a matter of time. So be patient, do continue blogging and you will get CPM campaigns again in due time!
